Le Coly Menu

We are situated in one of the best regions of France for meat and vegetable produce. All our food is fresh and has been sourced locally, or grown organically on our own land. Meals are prepared in the clubhouse and brought to you in your swim.

Any anglers with special dietary requirements must notify Le Coly when making their booking. 

The bivvy breakfast – served at your swim

Bacon, sausage, fried egg in a freshly baked baguette and a  small carton of Orange juice or Apple juice

or

Fruit juice; freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat

We will contact you for your party’s menu selection for the week (by e-mail only).

A complimentary drink of beer or a soft drink will be provided with every evening meal

  1. Le Coly burgers with French fries and mixed salad
  2. Chicken or beef casserole with dumplings
  3. Shepherd’s or cottage pie with baked beans
  4. Beef or chicken chili con carne (as hot as you like) with rice and homemade garlic bread
  5. Lasagne with a mixed salad
  6. Spaghetti bolognese with homemade garlic bread
  7. Home made chicken or beef and mushroom pie with boiled minted potatoes and carrots
  8. Stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with creamy mashed potato and sweetcorn
  9. Pork chops and apple sauce with sauté potatoes and mixed salad
  10. Pork and herb bangers with creamy mashed potato and onion gravy

Sunday roast – chicken and stuffing or pork with stuffing and apple sauce or beef and Yorkshire pudding with horseradish sauce – roasted potatoes, roasted parsnips and vegetables of the day.

There will be salad options available during hot weather.
